The Chief Operating Officer, MDXi Data Center, Gbenga Adegbiji, has said that smart infrastructure, enabled by technologies like Internet of Things (IoT), will offer numerous advantages in the country.

Adegbiji said this, at the weekend, during the inauguration of the Nigerian Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (NIEEE), Victoria Island chapter/investiture ceremony in Lagos, with the theme, “Technology, Infrastructure and Business in the 21st Century”, reports The Guardian.

According to him, the advantages would create opportunities for early adopters to establish themselves as leading players on a global scale.
