Knowledge, leadership and technology are the underlining factors Nigeria and Africa need to boost survive in the new economy that is driven by knowledge, experts have said at the just concluded Techpoint Inspired 2018 conference. Convened by Techpremier Media Limited, publishers of Techpoint.ng, the 2018 conference themed: ‘The Future is Now‘, provided a platform for industry leaders such as CTOs and CIOs, visionaries, innovators to meet and inspire those who want to break through and see their ideas come to reality.

Sitting on the panel session “Solving Infrastructure challenges for innovation in Nigeria” alongside Akintunde Oyebode (Executive Secretary, LSETF ) and Olumide Balogun (Head of Marketing, Nokia Phones), General Manager, MDXI, Gbenga Adegbiji cited the role of connectivity  in the the new digital economy. He said: “Connectivity is at the heart of the digital economy where the young people are playing key role. MDXi recognises this which informed our long-term investment plan to inspire a new generation of technology innovator who wouldn’t find it difficult to access infrastructure of ride on and reach the world.
